4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 cup diced zucchini
1 cup shredded carrots
1 jar of Ragu Alfredo sauce
1 small pkg of fettuccine pasta
Adobo seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions in butter until tender and clear, set aside. Cube and season chicken breast with Adobo seasoning (green lid) and cook thoroughly in frying pan with just enough olive oil to keep them from sticking, set aside. Dice and cook zucchini and shredded carrots in butter and season with Adobo, cook until tender and slightly browned, add Ragu Alfredo sauce, chicken and onions and simmer while Fettuccine pasta is cooking according to package directions. Drain and add pasta to meat and vegetable mixture. Add salt, pepper and Adobo to taste. Top w/ Parmesan cheese.
