2-3T chicken stock or white wine
Balsamic vinegar to taste

Directions:
Wash brussel Sprouts and tear off outer leaves if brown, yucky. Slice thinly (1/8 inch thick). Heat butter and olive oil is skillet. Add garlic and thinly sliced brussel sprouts. Saute for 3-4 minutes on high. Add 2 T chicken stock if needed to soften them a bit. Add salt and fresh black pepper. Keep cooking until they are slightly carmelized and barely crisp, almost tender. Do not add too much liquid because you don't want them mushy. Add a little (1/2 teaspoon or so) balsamic and cook for 1 minute.
Enjoy!
