1 stick butter
4-6 cloves garlic, minced
1 to 1.5 cup good white wine,or chicken broth, or half cup of each
1.5 lb peeled and deveined medium shrimp
Juice of half a lemon
Lemon zest from half lemon, about 1/2 to 1 teaspoon.
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
3 T chopped parsley (fresh)
1/2 to 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Extra lemon for garnish
Fresh black pepper
Angel hair or linguine cooked according to package, al dente

Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan. Sauté garlic for 2 minutes. Add shrimp and sauté 3-4 minutes. Add wine, chicken stock, lemon juice, zest, red pepper flakes and bring to boil for minute. Pour shrimp and sauce over 3/4 lb of angel hair or linguine. Add fresh parsley and cheese to taste. Offer more lemon with dish.
