1 large cucumber
1/2 medium red onion
1/3C. sugar
1tbsp salt
2tbsp sesame oil
1/2C. rice wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the cucumber very thin and slice the onions thin into half rings. Mix the vegetables in a bowl along with the other ingredients and refrigerate over night.
