1 1/2 lb cubed veal
olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 peppers, cut up
2salt and pepper to taste
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
4 cans water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown cubed veal in skillet with oil, salt, pepper and garlic.
Add cut up peppers.
Mix together tomato sauce, paste and water in lg saucepan.
Add meat mixture to sauce and simmer for about 3 hours.
Serve with pasta of your choice.
