1/2 stick butter, softened
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp banking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. nuts, optional

Cream Cheese Frosting:
1/2 stick butter, softened
8 oz. softened cream cheese
3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º.
Beat butter; gradually add sugar and whip until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs, mix well. Add dry ingredients. Add sour cream, banana, and nuts.
Pour into 9x13 greased pan.
Bake 40-45 min.
Frost with cream cheese frosting. Top with nuts. May be left unfrosted as well.
