4 thick, center cut pork chops
salt to taste
1 TBS oil
1 orange
1/4 cup ketchup
3/4 cup orange juice
1 TBS orange marmalade
1 TBS cornstarch
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Season pork chops then brown lightly in oil. Reserve 2 TBS drippings and discard the rest. Grate 1/2 tsp orange zest and combine with ketchup, orange juice and marmalade, pour into skillet. Simmer 1 minute stirring constantly. Pour over chops. Cover. Cook on low 5-6 hours. Remove chops and keep warm. Dissolve cornstarch in water. Stir into slow cooker until smooth. Cook on high 15 minutes or until thickened. Serve with orange sauce on top along with slices of fresh orange. Serve over noodles or rice.
