4 pork chops, 1/2" thick, browned
1 onion sliced and separted into rings
1/8 tsp garlic flakes or powder
3 cups sauerkraut, drained
11/2 tsp caraway seeds
1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 cup apple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Layer half the ingredients in bottom of crock pot, place chops on top, add remaining ingredients. Pour apple juice over all. Cover. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 4 hours.

To freeze brown the chops then pour all ingredients in a gallon ziploc bag and freeze. Thaw 24 hours in refrigerator and cook per instructions
