6 c mashed sweet potatoes
2 c brown sugar
3 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tsp vanilla
1 c evaporated milk
1/2 c melted butter

Topping:
1 c brown sugar
2/3 c flour
1/2 c melted butter
2 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients. Pour into a greased 2 quart baking dish. Mix topping and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350° F for 30 to 40 minutes, until the top starts to brown. I also cook this in a crock pot.
