8 cps thinly sliced unpeeled cucumbers
1 medium onion
1-1/2 tsp salt
1 cp sugar
1/2 cp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Slice cucumbers very thin. Mix in a large bowl with salt and onions. Refrigerate for 2 hrs. Drain off juice, getting out as much as possible. Do not rinse. In small bowl mix sugar and vinegar; stirring until sugar is dissolved. Pour over cucumber and onions. Stir gently until mixed. May be frozen, if desired.
