1 c flour
3/4 c sugar
1/4 t baking soda
1/2 c dried apricots (chopped)
1/2 c soft type margarine
1 egg
2 c cornflakes or grape nuts or bran flakes or raisin bran
1/2 c chopped walnuts or pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together dry ingredients. Add apricots, margarine and egg. Mix until well blended. Stir in cereal, chopped nuts. Drop of tablespoons 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350º oven 13 to 15 minutes or until light brown, but still soft. Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet. Makes 2 dozen.
