24 ozs Cream Cheese
5 eggs
1 c sugar
1/4 t salt
3/4 t almond extract
4 T sugar
1 1/2 c sour cream
1/2 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese with mixer until softened. Add eggs, sugar, salt, almond extract, beat until smooth, thick and lemon colored. Pour into 9" buttered spring form pan. Bake at 325º for 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and cool on cake rack for 20 minutes. Then mix sour cream sugar and vanilla together. Carefully pour over cake. Return to oven and bake at 325º for 10 minutes. Cool and then chill.
