Cheesecake-
3 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
5 eggs
1 1/2 t. vanilla extract
Topping -
1 c. sour cream
1/4 sugar
1/2 t. vanilla extract
1 can Cherry pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the cream cheese, 1 c.sugar, eggs and 1 1/2 t. vanilla until well blended. Pour into muffin lined cupcake pan. Bake 300 degrees for 40 minutes until light brown.
Combine sour cream, 1/4 c. sugar and 1/2 t. vanilla extract. Put 1 heaping T. of the sour cream topping on each individual cheesecake.
Then, put 1 T. cherry pie filling on top.
Bake 5 min. longer.
Chill until cold.
