2 lbs. cubed pork or beef
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. oil
2 onions, chopped
3 c. green chili, chopped
2 - 14.5 oz. diced tomatoes
2 c. water or chicken broth
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2-1 tsp. dry oregano (optional)
1 1/2- 2 c. diced or cubed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Roll meat in flour. Heat oil in soup pot & brown meat. Remove meat. Saute onions in oil, add meat back in.
Add all other ingredients, except potatoes.
Simmer 1 hour or until meat is tender. Add potatoes & simmer until done.
Add water as needed for consistency you prefer. Thicken if desired.
