1 pk (16oz.) egg noodles
2 cans (10¾ oz.) condensed fat-free cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 container (8 oz.) reduced-fat sour cream
½ cup milk
1 # 90% lean ground beef
2 cans sliced mushrooms, drained
1 pk 8 oz reduced-fat cream cheese
1 pk (about 1 oz.) gravy mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 °F. Cook noodles according to package, drain and return to pan.

Add mushroom soup, sour cream, and milk to noodles. Stir to combine. Cover and keep warm.

Brown ground beef in large skillet. Drain fat from skillet.

Add mushrooms, cream cheese, and gravy mix to beef, blend well. Combine with noodle mixture. Stir until blended. Place in Dutch Oven.

Bake 30 minutes until heated through.
