½ lb. ground smoked ham
½ lb. ground pork
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg
½ c. milk

Pineapple Sauce:
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
½ c. vinegar
½ c. water
4 T. pineapple preserves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ham, pork, bread crumbs, egg and milk. Mix thoroughly. Shape into meatballs. Arrange in baking dish.

For Sauce:
Heat on stove until well-blended and pour over ham balls. Bake at 350 for an hour, basting frequently.
