1 cup water
1 cup instant rice
1 12 oz can tomatoes cut up
1/2 lb Velveeta cheese cut into cubes
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning divided
2/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
4 chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375º Stir together water, rice, tomatoes, velveeta, onions, and 1 tsp. Italian seasoning into greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Top with chicken;sprinkle with parmesan cheese and remaining Italian seasoning. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is tender. 4 to 6 servings.
