1 pkg devil's food chocolate cake mix
1 pkg chocolate instant pudding (3.9 oz)
¾ cup water
½ cup gold rum
½ cup canola oil
4 eggs
1 cup chocolate chips

Filling
½ cup seedless raspberry jam
¼ cup gold rum

Frosting
1 cube butter, softened
⅔ cup cocoa powder
3 cups powdered sugar
⅓ cup milk
2 tsp vanilla

Cake:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 round cake pans and set aside. Mix cake mix, pudding mix, water, rum, oil, and eggs on low 1 min. Scrape down sides, mix on medium 2-3 min. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into both pans evenly. Bake for about 30 min. Cool for 10 minutes or so, then remove from pans and cool completely on wire racks. While cooling, heat raspberry jam and 1/4 cup rum in sauce pan on low. Poke holes in cake and pour sauce over cake and let sink in :). Then I layer the middle with chocolate frosting. Sometimes I layer the middle with just raspberry jam and frost with chocolate frosting topping with fresh raspberries.
Frosting:
Mix butter and cocoa powder. Add everything else. Beat til fluffy.
