CAKE:

1 package white cake mix
1 package instant pistachio pudding
3 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1 cup club soda
1/2 cup pecans

ICING:

1 package instant pistachio pudding
1 1/4 cups cold milk
1 (9 ounce) container Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all cake ingredients and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into 3 round greased and floured pans. Bake at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes. For the icing, mix pudding and milk until stiff peaks form. Add Cool Whip until stiff peaks form. Ice cake when cool.
