4 c. rhubarb, sliced
1/4 c. water
1-2 T. flour
1/3 c. sugar
Or 1 3 oz. pkg. jello instead of flour and sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer rhubarb and water in a covered saucepan for about 10 minutes. Add flour and sugar simmer another 5 minutes. Serve warm or cold. If using jello instead of flour and sugar, just stir to dissolve jello.
