1 8oz package of cream cheese
2 small cans of salmon drained
1Tbsp of lemon juice
2 Tbsp of minced green onions
parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Mix in salmon by beating well.
Add lemon juice and chopped green onions.

Shape in log and roll in parsley.
