1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1/3 cup strawberry glaze
fresh strawberries
white chocolate flower to garnish
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs

Preheat oven to 325ºF. To prepare crust, grind graham cracker in a food processor until they become a fine powder. Add sugar and melted butter and grind until well mixed. Pour crust mixture into cake pan and smooth out flat. Place cake pan in preheated oven and bake 10 minutes. Remove cake pan and set aside to cool. Preheat oven to 300ºF. To prepare cheesecake filling, beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until well blended. Add sour cream and mix well. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until well blended after each. Pour cream cheese mixture over crust. Place cake pan in preheated oven, baking for 40 minutes, or until center is almost set. Remove from oven and let cool completely in pan, and then cool in fridge for 4 hours. Remove cheesecake from fridge and spread strawberry glaze on top. Decorate with fresh strawberries and white chocolate flower to serve.
