1 Loaf of Bread
3 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
2 Cups Sugar
1 Stick Butter, Melted
4 Cups Milk
Cinnamon

TOPPING:
1 Bag White Chocolate Chips
1 Stick Butter; Softened
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
4-6 tsp Water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Break bread into pieces. Put in a 9x13 pan.Mix eggs, vanilla, sugar, milk and melted butter with mixer. Pour over bread. Press down to absorb. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 45 minutes.

TOPPING:
Soften butter and white chocolate in microwave. Stir in powdered sugar. Add water as needed to make desired thickness(pourable). When you remove bread pudding from oven, pour mixture over bread pudding.
