1 1/2 Cup Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Cocoa
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Oil
1 Tbsp Vanilla

Filling
1 - 8oz Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add water, oil and vanilla to the mixture and mix well.

In a small bowl mix cream cheese, sugar and egg.

Fill cupcake papers 1/2 full of batter. Spoon cream cheese mixture over the top of each cupcake and sprinkle evenly with chocolate chips. Bake 20 - 23 minutes at 375º
