2 Cups Self Rising Cornmeal
2 T Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese
3/4 Cup Cooking oil (may reduce to 1/2 cups)
1/2-3/4 Cup Chopped Onion
2-3 T Diced Jalapeņos
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Can Creamed Corn

Directions:

Mix all ingredients well. Put in greased 9x13 pan and bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees or until brown.
