1 cup fat-free vanilla ice cream or fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt
3/4 cup low-fat (1%) milk
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate

1. Combine ice cream, milk and orange juice concentrate in food processor or blender; process until smooth.
2. Pour mixture into 2 glasses; garnish as desired. Serve immediately.
