2 eggs slightly beaten
1 c buttermilk
1/2 c melted butter
1 c cornmeal
1 t salt
1/2 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1 sm can cream style corn
1 c grated cheese
1 sm onion grated
1 sm can green chilies chopped
1/2 c flour
1 tsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Add buttermilk and melted butter to eggs, add dry ingredients. Mix just until well blended. Add corn, green chilies, cheese and onion. Mix well, pour into greased pan and bake 25 min at 400 degrees.
For variation: put crumbled bacon or ground meat. bake at 425 degrees for 5 min less when you use flour
