1 loaf of hard crusted French Baguette, thinly sliced an toasted (you can also use regular sliced Italian bread or a plain cracker)

8oz. crumbled Feta Cheese
8oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1 Green Onion, finely chopped
2tbsp. dried Parsley flakes

*Optional:
add a handful of sliced black or green olives for topping
add chopped pimentos or pecans to the cheese mixture

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 3 ingredients until well blended. Place about one teaspoon of mixture on a slice of toasted bread and spread evenly. Sprinkle with parley flakes. Serve!

Optional: Garnish with 2-3 pieces of sliced olives
