1 (12oz) bag of Perch fillets
2 medium Onions, thinly sliced
1/4lb. Mushrooms, sliced
1c. plain, dried Breadcrumbs
1tbsp. fresh Parsley, chopped
2tbsp. melted, salted Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cover the bottom of a baking dish with thinly sliced onions. Add layer of sliced mushrooms. Place perch on top and cover with breadcrumbs and chopped parsley. Drizzled butter evenly over top.

Preheat oven to 425º. Bake 6 to 10 minutes per inch of thickness, making sure that breadcrumbs are toasted to a golden brown.
