6 tbsp. softened butter or margarine
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 oz square unsweetened chocolate
2 tbsp. dark creme de cacao
2 tbsp brandy
2/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 cup chopped nuts
Cream together butter, and sugar till fluffy

Cream together butter and sugar till fluffy
Add eggs beating well
Melt and cool chocolate
Blend in chocolate, creme de cacao and brandy
stir together flour, baking powder and salt
Add to creamed mixture
Stir in nuts
Spread in greased 9 x 9 pan
Bake in 350 oven for 20-25 minutes
cool
Frost with Sweet Brandy Frosting
