9 whole or 1 1/2 c. finely crushed graham crackers
3 T. sugar
3 T. butter, melted
5 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
3 T. flour
1 T. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
4 eggs
1 20 oz. can cherry pie filling
Chocolate curls

Preheat oven to 325º F. Mix crumbs, 3 T. sugar and butter, pat into bottom of 9" springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Beat cream cheese, 1 c. sugar, flour and vanilla with electric mixer until well blended. Add sour cream and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust. Bake for 1 hour 5 minutes or until center is almost set. Loosen cake from pan; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours. Just before serving, spread cherry pie filling over cheesecake and garnish with chocolate curls.
