Ingredients:  
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp poppy seed
1 Tbs onion juice
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1 cup salad oil
3/4 cottage cheese
2 pounds fresh spinach, washed, torn, heavy stems removed
1/2 pound fried crisp bacon
2 to 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first ingredients in a jar and refrigerate overnight.
(Dressing will keep up to 1 week in refrigerator)
When ready to serve, shake dressing well and toss with spinach.
Add bacon, eggs and mushrooms and toss again.
Serve immediately.
