1 bl. of sausage
1 small sweet Vidalia onion
1 large handful of fresh spinach
ground pepper
a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
1 package of shredded Parmesan/Romano cheese
3 eggs
1 package of Stouffer's spinach soufflé' thawed
1- 9" pie crust
Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion add sausage, ground pepper and Worcestershire
brown sausage remove excess grease, then toss fresh spinach into onion and browned sausage mixture and set aside.

Beat eggs in separate bowl, add spinach soufflé', shredded cheese mix together.
Add sausage onion and fresh spinach

Pour into unbaked 9 inch pie crust
Bake at 400 for approx. 30 min
