1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup (Bee Hive)
4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp maple flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Combine syrup and sugar in a 2 quart glass bowl and cook in microwave on high for 8 - 10 minutes. (It will get puffy)
Allow the mixture to stand for 2 minutes.
Stir in soda and vanilla and the mixture will puff again.
Quickly spread on greased cookie sheet.
Let stand about 10 minutes, then break into pieces.
