1 1/2 lbs ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
14 oz can tomato sauce
14 oz water
1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
4 cups shredded cabbage
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef with onions. Add garlic, salt, pepper, tomato sauce and water. Bring to a boil and stir in rice. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Place half the cabbage in a greased baking dish. Cover with half the rice mixture. Repeat layers. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serve with sour cream. May be refrigerated before baking.
