2 tsp. olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can chopped green chiles
1 tsp. ground cumin
˝ tsp. dried oregano
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
2 cans chicken broth
2 c. cooked chicken
1 can Great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
1 ˝ c. shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, sauté onions in oil until transparent; stir in garlic, chiles and seasonings. Simmer 3-5 minutes. Transfer mixture to slow cooker. Add broth, chicken and beans. Cook on low for 2 to 4 hours, or until soup is completely heated through. Ladle soup into bowls and top with shredded jack cheese and tortilla chips.
