Rhubarb Apple Pie Recipe

One pie crust

Filling:
2 C. sugar
2 eggs
1/4 C. flour
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 T milk
4 C. cut rhubarb (1/2 inch pieces)
2 apples in large slices



Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Mix sugar, flour, nutmeg and add to eggs, add milk and beat well.
Stir in apples and rhubarb. Put in pie shell. Add lattice top. Dot with butter about
2 T on top of crust.
Bake at 375 for 50 min.
Sprinkle 1/4 C. sugar over top of finished pie.
