To freeze peaches in season:
Peel and slice peaches into a 2 quart container almost full.
This makes enough for a cobbler. Add 1 cup sugar and 1 tsp. fruit fresh.
Mix well then freeze. If a lot of the peaches are green use 1 1/2 c. sugar.

To make a cobbler:
Peel and slice 1 quarts of peaches
Mix with 1 1/2 c. sugar
2 T. flour
20 shakes nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

roll our crust in rectangle to size of dish. Place in dish with crust overlapping at both ends and over the sides. Put in fruit then wrap the excess pastry over the ends and sided.
Bake at 375 for 1 hour.
