Ingredients:  
Cook until syrupy: 1 C. brown sugar, 1/2 C. butter, 2 tsp. corn syrup
Pour into 9 x 13 pan.
Slice 1 loaf of French Bread into 1/2 inch slices.
Place on top of syrup.
Beat 6 eggs, 2 C. milk, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Pour over bread.
Cover and refrigerate over night
Bake at 325 degrees for 30 min.
Invert on a platter and serve.
