2 cups pulp-- 1/2 persimmon and 1/2 sweet potato, grated
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup melted butter
2 1/2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pulp, beaten eggs, and milk. Mix dry ingredients and pour liquid mixture inti them. Stir in melted butter. Bake in greased pan at 325º for45-60 min. When cold, cut into squares and serve with whipped cream. Coconut, raisins, and nuts can be added.
