3 lb. small fresh okra
1 quart white vinegar
1/2 cup water
6 peeled garlic cloves
6 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp.mustard seeds
1 tsp. celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bring vinegar, water and seasonings to boil. Wash okra and pack in hot pint jars with clove of garlic in each. Pour boiling liquid over okra and seal. Let jars sit 6-8 weeks before opening.
