8 oz. fresh strawberries or frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar
orange peel(optional)
fresh fruit, such as apples, strawberries, pineapple and oranges

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place strawberries in food processor or blender; process until smooth.
2. Beat cream cheese in small bowl with large spoon until smooth. Stir in sour cream, blended strawberries and sugar. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
3. Spoon dip into small serving bowl. Garnish with orange peel. Serve with assorted fresh fruit.

Tip: For a super quick fruit spread for toasted English muffins or bagels, beat 1 package(8 ounces) softened cream cheese in small bowl until fluffy. Stir in 3 to 4 tbsp. strawberry fruit spread. Sweeten to taste with 1 to 2 teaspoons sugar, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
