12 slices pepperoni
12 Monterey Jack cheese cubes
24 giant fish-shaped crackers
24 small black olive slices
24 flat leaf parsley leaves
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425ºF. Coat large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Cut slices of pepperoni and cheese cubes in half.
3. Place crackers on prepared baking sheet. Place 2 pepperoni halves on tail end. Place cheese half in center of fish. Repeat with remaining fish.
4. Bake 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven with oven mitts and immediately top with olive slices for eyes. Place a parsley leaf by olive slice for fin. Serve warm.
