Bag of fresh tomatoes with no spots

Directions:
Scald and peel tomatoes, then run through a colander to separate juice from pulp. Cook juice until foam is all gone, stirring regularly. Have hot jars and lids ready. Pour boiling hot juice into jars, leaving 1/2 inch space at top of jar. Spoon 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. sugar into each jar of hot juice before sealing.
