1 - 15oz. can pureed pumpkin
3/4 c. brown sugar
4 T. honey
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 5-6 hours until it reaches thick consistency. Should stick to spoon when turned upside down. Turn off slow cooker and let cool completely before placing in jars and storing in refrigerator or sealing.
