Ingredients:  
2 boneless chicken breasts (skin removed) & chopped
2 Tbsp of fresh or 1 Tbsp dried Dill
2 lg cans of chicken broth (College Inn brand is the best for this)
1 stick butter
6 carrots peeled and sliced into equal size pieces
3 celery ribs cut up to match the carrot size pieces
1 leek, diced
salt & pepper

1 small pkg of small square noodles (or any kind of noodles)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken pieces in butter & season with salt & pepper.
Saute celery & leek in butter and season with salt & pepper.
Cook carrots in boiling water until soft.
Drain carrots. In a soup pot, mix chicken, celery and carrots together.
Add dill, and the 2 cans of chicken broth.
Season with salt & pepper if needed.

Heat on medium until soup is hot.
Serve with real butter with crackers and noodles.
(I keep noodles and soup separated until ready to serve.)

I got this recipe from a Native Hawaiian (friend) of mine when I lived in Hawaii. My children loved this recipe when growing up because it has a sweet taste. Aloha!
