2 cans beets, pour off all liquid except 1/4 of each can
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
White vinegar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and salt with 1/2 can of liquid from beets. Put beets in large canning jar and pour liquid over beets. Fill jar rest of way with vinegar and seal. Refrigerate for several days before opening to let flavors soak in.
