1 fryer (or any cuts of chicken)
1 1/2 c. minute rice
1 pkg. dry Lipton onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Oven: 325° ~ Yield: 6 servings
Mix rice, soups and milk; spread in lightly greased (9 X 13-inch) pan. Place chicken pieces on top and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover tightly with foil; bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

Note: Buzzard family favorite for Sunday or pot-luck dinners. Serve chicken on a platter, rice in a bowl and add green beans and cranberry sauce for complete meal.
