1/2 c. butter, softened
4 eggs
1 can (16 oz.) chocolate syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
Filling:
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 T. water
1/2 tsp. mint extract
3 drops green food coloring
Topping:
1 pkg. (10 oz.) mint chocolate chips
1/2 c. plus 1 T. butter, cubed

Oven: 350º ~ Yield: 5 to 6 dozen
Combine first seven ingredients in a large bowl; beat 3 minutes. Pour into a greased (9 X 13-inch) baking pan. Bake 30 minutes (top will appear wet). Cool on a rack. Combine filling ingredients until creamy. Spread over top. Refrigerate until set. Melt chocolate chips and butter in microwave. Cool 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spread on top. Chill. Cut into squares. Refrigerate.
