4 cups mashed figs
3 cups sugar
2 pkg. strawberry Jell-O

Directions:
Directions:
Cook figs with sugar for 25-30 min.at a low simmering boil, stirring occasionally. Then add Jell-O and cook a little longer until it begins to thicken.
Pour into hot jars while still simmering and seal. This makes 3-4 jars of jam.
